Once you get to the graffiti tour area, the entire tour is done on foot.

2.5 hours

This is the time of permanence within Comuna 13.

You have the option of taking this tour with or without transportation. If you choose the option with transportation, the total duration will be 4 hours (approximately) from the agreed start time until we drop you off at the same place where we pick you up or any other place you indicate.

Itinerary

With the guidance of the guide, the group will head to the Escaleras Eléctricas area of Comuna 13. Once there, the following activities are carried out:

– Pick up at your place of preference (hotel, lodging, any other, within the urban area).
– You will learn the stories of the residents of the Comuna 13 neighborhoods that have been victims of the country’s violence and witness the transformation and new opportunities that are being woven in an area that was once one of the most violent in the city.
– You will observe the main murals and graffiti in the area and understand what they mean.
– You will use the outdoor escalators and experience the relief they have brought to local families.
– You will hear and witness the joyful expressions of the young people of the area through song and dance.
– You will taste the handmade ice cream that has become the snack par excellence of the Graffiti Tour Comuna 13.
– You will be able to enter the urban art galleries and viewpoints in the area (expenses incurred in these places are not included in the tour rate).

– We will drop you off at the place you indicate (hotel, lodging, any other, within the urban area).

Private tour rates

No transportation: you will meet our guide at an easily accessible location in Comuna 13.

With transportation: we pick you and your group up at your location, transfer you to the tour site and, at the end, we take you to the place you want within the urban area (hotel, lodging, restaurant, shopping mall, tourist site, etc.).

What does it include?

– Private transportation: we pick you up at your hotel, home or wherever you indicate. In our tours, transportation is an exclusive service (the only passengers will be the members of the group that made the reservation; they will not share with other groups). At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at the same pick-up point or at any other place you indicate.
