Get to know the most outstanding places in the city, its history and customs, and understand the basis of its culture: the paisa culture. In addition, immerse yourself in the historical and current context of Comuna 13, an area that once suffered terrible episodes of violence and is now one of the most vibrant places in Medellín, with its graffiti and urban art expressions.

This tour must be done in a vehicle, as you will visit different sites that are separated by several kilometers. You will have the opportunity to walk through the places where stops are made. The time spent walking and standing in the graffiti area is approximately 2 hours.

Itinerary

– Pick up at your place of preference (hotel, lodging, any other, within the urban area).
– Plaza Botero: walk among the sculptures created by world-renowned artist Fernando Botero, a native of Medellín and a leading figure in international art.
– Edificio Coltejer and Pasaje Peatonal de Junín: get to know the city’s flagship building and walk through one of the most typical and authentic streets; feel the scent of Medellín’s flowers and mingle with its inhabitants.
– Metro and Metrocable: live the experience of traveling around the city in its public transportation system, internationally recognized for its quality and social sense.
– Pueblito Paisa: walk through the square and streets of a typical Antioquian village and enjoy a panoramic view of the valley in which the city sits.
– La Alpujarra Administrative Center and Parque de las Luces (panoramic tour, i.e., without getting out of the vehicle).
– Lunch time: we recommend different food options and you choose the one you consider best (expenses incurred in this activity are not covered in the tour rate).
– Parques del Río and Parque de los Pies Descalzos: meeting places in a central area of the city. From here you can see the entire valley and the river that runs through it.
– Zona de Grafitis de la Comuna 13: social investment and art allowed the transformation of a community that lived bitter moments of violence and now celebrates life.
– We will drop you off at the place you indicate (hotel, lodging, any other, within the urban area).
